Members can help by:
- Becoming a moderator
- Becoming a Chat SA
- Becoming a mailfriends designer
- Reporting inappropriate material on the site
- Reporting inappropriate behaviour by members
- Promoting Mailfriends with links to the site and encouraging your friends to join

Who/how can mod? And what does it entail exactly?
Please help me, bcoz whenever I try to open Search penpals, the columns on the left i.e. Channels, Chat, Ecards, Penpals Menu etc get shifted to centre hiding penpal's profile.
What should I do?
