Sushi- tamago, maguro, ebi-kyuu, ebi, kani, delicious. I don't dip mine in the soy sauce/wasabi dip, either. I think that ruins the flavor.

Im bad at names but Ive tried lots lots lots of japanese food, okonomiyaki (in osaka and tokyo),sushi, sashimi,miso (several types), surimi, gyudon, takoyaki (got food poisoned the first time), tonkatsu (several times late night at Yoshinoya), tempura, buttaman (even the tokyo chili version, my favourite), udon + ramen, korokke, natto (fermented soybeans) which by many foreigners dont really qualify as food, but so far Ive liked pretty much everything, natto included. We mostly have sushi in europe and thats a pity because the japanese cusine is totally outstanding and I never turn down on any japanese food.

Hmm thinking on it, I did turn wildboar sushi down actually...
