I only know my Croatian penpal and she is very nice and friendly!

For the most part, people are quite friendly, warm.. Except the waiters.. They are really rude, making you feel not welcome..

They seems to be friendly.

I was in Croatia by now thrice (Crikvenica, Tribunj) and I must say, that people are in this country very polite beside my society - boorishness (ups! Yes, I said that). I'll be there yet some day !
It goes without saying, that foreigners come back to this quiet and so wonderful place, where apart from really good people are brilliant landscapes too. Greetings from Poland !

Ovaj topic mi je bez veze, vrlo je kompleksaški. Zašto bi nas bilo briga što misle o nama? Kao da su druge nacije išta bolje ili lošije... Osim toga, bilo kakav odgovor na ovaj topic predstavlja običnu generalizaciju i stereotipe, u pozitivnom ili u negativnom smislu...

hvala sto si podijelio svoje misljenje s nama, ne znam kak bismo prezivjeli bez njega. i koristis tako velike rijeci poput kompleksaski, covjek bi mislio da imas nes pametno za rec.
bilo kakav odgovor predstavlja dojam koji ostavljamo na strance i to je ono sto me zanima, a ne kakvi mi ustvari jesmo, bolji ili losiji od drugih.

I am in search real female friend. age ,colour, caste is not a issue. I think Life is gods gift which cannot be enjoyed alone.

My roots are in Croatia but I grew up in USA so I can only speak of my family. And its VERy large. My grandmother was the matriarch and whatever she said goes. My grandmother named me after her husband. Family pride and honor are big. You don't dishonor the family name or they dishonor you. We are a stubborn people too. But to friends and strangers well give you the shirt off our backs. Treat us with respect and well treat you better than family.

i think crotians are not racist.
i don't know about history but i think serbians are much racist than crotians.
you know still a lot of people also in my country are racist....
but in my country lot of people don't know anything about crotia or crotians..
but i love crotians' football team manager.
and the team i support- trabzonspor- have two crotian player and we love them

hrvoje cale and drago gabric.
especially drago gabric is a good player.he is promising winger.

but as i learn dinamo zagreb and hajduk split matches are biggest rival in crotia?and cale played in dinamo zagreb and gabric played for hajduk...
