well i have heard only oliver dragojevic and i liked it very much...its very hard to find croatian singers in the internet to listen!
Boris Novkovic! I realy-realy like him.
And Colonia is a good band!

Karma...Well, I know only a few Karma-song, but they are good.
well..karma is not too popular in croatia but in other countryes is... try to find some songs from prljavo kazaliste....theyre great..if you like to listen songs you dont understand...
