Daylight saving time and lights on for cars
I'm pretty familiar with driving in the CR. I do this very, very often for 6 years now and i know when i have to turn on the lights (so far not during daylight saving time) and when not. On saturday i was informed at the border to turn on the lights on my car because las have changes on July, 1st. Now you have to turn on the lights on your car all year. I think it's absolutely stupid because it won't stop people from driving fast and wild, which i think is the actual problem for accidents and NOT that their lights were turned off. Just had to say that because i'm kinda pissed at the moment about governments making really stupid laws.
