well, i lived in lisbon all my life, and i can assure that you, as a foreign, will know a lot more about this city than me! but i can recommend some places you absolutely can't miss.
for discos: Lux
just to hang out with friends: Bairro Alto (i'm sure you'll read about it in every guide)
there are a lot of good restaurants, and i don't know how much you intend on spending..
for monuments, there's Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, Torre de Belem, Castelo de S. Jorge
if you like museums and expositions, Centro Cultural de Belem, well, and many others..
but there are more beautiful places, outside lisbon, that you should see

belem is great !!!!!!
i advise you if you go there ,not to turn back before eating "pastas de natas" it is famous and a great dessert

they're called Pasteis de Belém, not pastas. and the night in Lisbon is not dangerous, at least compared to other countries.

Mort, why do you say "many black man are walking around to rob you !" ?
that is a litle bit racist, don't you think?
