Portuguese Uni
Some friends of mine have been to a Portuguese Uni for half a year. They choose it because Portugal is great, with cheap drinks and very easy to pass uni exams. But now another friend is in Porto, and however his exams will only be in Januari or Februari, he'll return home in December. His foreign schoolmates have the same plans, or left already. One reason is that the uni decided to have all exams in Portuguese, due to lack of knowledge of anything else. Also claases are for a great deal in Portuguese, and so there's not a lot of reasons to attend classes. It also means that a lot of those students will fail this year.
Any ideas about the Portuguese education, uni or language level?

well... just the fact that they come to uni here to have cheap drinks and pass exams easily makes it all wrong anyways...
i agree with nice_guy. Besides, everyone must take a course of the country's language, it's just stupid to come here and not know portuguese. and part of knowing the country is knowing the language.

If the classes are open for foreign students its not right to give the lessons only in Portuguese all of a sudden.
