Best Danish sports accomplishment
What do you think is the best Danish sports accomplishment and why? Was it Bjarne Riis winning Tour de France in 1996? Or was it the Danish national football team winning 1992 European Championship? Or Denmark winning gold the last three times at the Olympics in women's handball? Or perhaps something completely different?

I think it was the victory in the Euro 1992...It was a big surprise as long the Danish team wasn't even qualified ! 
The team was invited to the tournament after the "withdraw" of Yougoslavia, the players interrupted their holidays and finally won the cup ! Brillant !

I agree,the winning of the European Championship because it was sao unexpected.
I think the European Championship win in 92 speaks for itself, especially because Denmark shouldn't have even been there in the first place and of course the championships were held in Sweden at the time as well.
