Most soaps have become so predictable now. I do like a good medical drama like Holby though.

I find Eastenders and Coronation Street a bit too.. over the top for me now. I do watch it if there's a good storyline coming up.
Apart from that, i watch Doctors XD Though i really miss Greg and Rico x(

I'm not the world's biggest soap fan, but i must confess...........i do occasionally watch Doctors. 
Apart from that, i'd say Eastenders has been the best..........though definitely not lately. 
I remember my mum watching Albion Market when i was a kid. I hated it!!!!!!!

There was only ever one truly great British soap. Eldorado. All three months of it.
Can't auf wiedersehen pet be considered as a british soap?
I loved the original Crossroads.......characters would pop into the kitchen for a bag of sugar, or go into the garage for a spanner and never be seen or heard of again.
So bad, it was brilliant.

I'm old enough to remember Brookside when it started it 1982.....it was good for the first ten years or so, then it just slowly descended into crap. Everyone knew the writing was on the wall for it when Channel 4 started putting it on late at night.
Wish the BBC would do the same for that dismal dreck EastEnders..........
