A Wiener Schnitzl is a breadcrumbed and fried veal scallop and a potatoe salad with it is typical

there are a lot of typical austrian dishes.

here in my county kässpätzle is typical (this is small dumplings with cheese and fried onion on it)
another thing is kaiserschmarren (how can i translate this??) it's a sweet desert.
Tafelspitz is another typical dish (this is a boiled beef topside). you serve this with spinach and roast potatoes.

and so on and so on

ohhh...Austria has much of delicious dishes!! Kaiserschmarren, Wiener Schnitzel, Backhendl (fried chicken) etc. I love it!

Hmm, what kind of main dishes do you eat in Austria?
I have heard that there is some deserts such as Apfelstrudel (apple cake/pastry) and Sachertorte (chocolate cake with apricot jam).

We in Vorarlberg know Riebel/Stopfer and also Käsknöpfle. With Apple Sauce both.
