You bet I would and have done it. You go through this life once and if you get a chance see all of the world that you can, experience and learn new languages, customs, foods, etc. Its a great opportunity. I don't care if it is an ice berg in the arctic, you can always say in the future, guess where I was for 6 months, a remote, peacefull little island in the arctic and it was beautiful. Of course that is an exaggaration but that is how I have always played it. All my trips to other lands was in the military but I enjoyed every one of them, Korea, Thailand, Midway island, Kure Island, and Germany and enjoyed every one of them. I was overseas for about 5 or 6 years I guess. I am not through travelling, just stuck at the time being but will be back on the road some day.

Depending on the job offer and the country I might take a very good look at the offer as long as it is a country which I would think is safe for my family and have a good education system. Let's say it would have to be a very good job offer.
