I believe that working in Norway is good. No one can shout at you, you can't get fired for odd reasons, and working conditions are as good as they can become.

Ie. you get a full year off when you have a child¸ with your normal pay, or even longer if you reduce your monthly salary. You have 5 full weeks holiday + 13 days, Christmas, new Year, Easter and so on.

Living, the society here is build on that everyone should have a minimum, which is on a rather high level. Everyone should have the same right to get health care, for free (almost) Maximum to pay is something like $300 a year. However, the tax level here is high. I pay 33% of my salary in tax, but I'm happy with it, I get security in return.

Crime rate is low here. If you lost your wallet in any capital city, Oslo is the city where you most likely will get it back. But, to any solution, there is a new problem.....
