I have a SONY dsc-T70 Its quite pricey compared to other brands but it has 8.1 mega pixels with a 3" touchscreen and comes loaded with feature. The picture quality is amazing even on the lowest setting. It can also record videos and comes with the cables to attach it to your T.V , though you will need between 2-8 gig memory stick to get decent amount of video time .I spent a couple of day going to stores and checking each one on display and I prefer this one as its stylish and easy to use once you have managed to set it up.Comes bundled with picture and video editing softwares.

The cons would be its internal memory is only 31 mb so you need to have a memory stick.
Its not the cheapest on the market.
The bundled softwares are resource hogs and the video and picture editor on XP can do the same job.

Olympus Stylus 830

8 megapixels, 1gb memory card, green color, small size...

Bought it quite cheap at the new years sale in Japan, I quite satisifed with it but the pics can be very noisy/grainy at times. Maybe Im doing something wrong, havent read the manual yet...
