Which one do you prefer?
I´m not sure if this kind of topic hasn´t already been posted, but I have to pass my English - state exam on Thursday, and this is one of the questions I´ll have to answer. Please, help me a little and write your comments...

Both has its advantages. However, I suppose I would prefer a flat, since a house requires lots of time consuming work (repairs, etc) which isn't exactly my thing.

i couldnt live in a flat ,i cant bear people that close,i like to put my foot on the ground at ground level,i LIKE having a hatser...in the exam you must address such things as arnona...if you are in a multi storey building, who pays for the zefet...do you own?do you rent? key money!a factor?no!?include it discuss it...location,under building parking,..in the flat, who pays what for the garden?what are the seemingly invisible costs like painting the building...ludmilla,she tehiyi b'hatzlaha....

Well, I live in a house and as revak said it is a lot of work to do, but it is also quite comfortable not having so much trouble with neighbours and these kind of things. It is somehow a prestige to have a house.
