Hello, Tornado_35! I am also applying to Vienna, Austria to study there for the next autumn/winter semester. What are you going to study? I am going to study European Business Management in FH des bfi Wien. I read about different reviews and university pages, that living in Austria costs €800-900 per month, but I would add some extra costs you can never estimate there.

About the pages concerning housing and accomodation, you could also try: http://www.oead.ac.at/_start/index_english.html and http://www.housing.oead.at/index_e.asp
That ÖAD offers student housing with reasonable prices and good services, such as Internet and TV connection, bicycle store, washing machines and so on. But they require €550 deposit before getting an accomodation. You are about to get €500 when you return back home.
