There are too many to list. Some of my favourite Russian dishes are:
pelmeni (small boiled pasties with meat filling)
vareniki (they are similar to pelmeni, but the filling is different: it can be potato, cabbage, fruit etc.)
blini (pancakes)
solyanka soup (it usually contain various sorts of meat. My favourite one. Yummy)
Mimosa salad
Talking of the food of our region (Rostov), I'd mention beer and boiled crayfishes.

Oh, I've forgot to mention olivier salad. That's one of my favourite too.

Here in my region i have acces to Caucasian food, and i like it so much.
Fried mutton with spices for example. Allso i like porridge, and other kashes )

I had in a few times while I was in Estonia.. it's great with this white sauce stuff too, but I'm not sure what was in it.

Yeah.. though It wasn't pure sour cream, cause I had them with just sour cream too... but It definatley had alot of it in it.

Thank you all for your interesting replies! I really enjoyed reading them. I've googled the names of the food you mentioned, checked the ingredients and seen pictures. They look so delicious!! I already know that I like most of them I'm also very curious about smetana, it seems so popular!

Watch out with smetana. I like it, but not in the amounts that Russians use it. A lot of non-Russians don't like it.

i like shashlyk... i know tis not russian, rather georgean food. But anyway i like meat, cooked on opened fire..
