I don't know...I guess there aren't many public toilets in Scottieland
I dont know if this is a fact, or just obscure old law that no longer holds any weight.

Hmmm didn't know that. Legally obliged or not, i wouldn't let just anybody in to use the toilet. There are many stupid laws in the UK it seems.

Once I rang a doorbell in Germany to ask for using the toilet and the woman denied. So I had touse her garden.... So I guess it would have been better for her to let me in.

it's a good and a bad law at the same time..i mean good in the way that if there really aren't any other toilets nearby,only in homes..but bad cause of the robbery thing..it's a silly law though
