Lol honestly it depends,the majority of the time no its uncomfortable. However there are times when I fall asleep with one on,to lazy to take it off or am wearing something sexy to bed(wink wink)

I normally wear a sports bra to bed... if I had smaller boobs, I totally wouldn't wear one, but that really isn't the case with me. I sleep on my side a lot, and it hurts my chest if I don't have a bra on =/
