here are some options:

Kimi o ai shiteru
Aishiteru
Chuu shiteyo
Ora omee no koto ga suki da
Ore wa omae ga suki da
Suitonnen
Sukiyanen
Sukiyo
Watashi Wa Anata Ga Suki Desu
Watashi Wa Anata Wo Aishithe Imasu

There are probably some differences in how to say I love you to a boy or a girl, but i dont know exactly how that works. I hope this information helped you. good luck with learning japanese!
