I want to buy a multiband-receiver but I don't know what to pay attention for. Can someone help me with that?

First of all, do you know how much you want to spend? At least in the US, prices can vary from $99. to $8000......

Second, do you expect to use an external antenna?

Third, are you going to be listening in very crowded radio bands?

Fourth, do you want it for portable use, or fixed use?

The following site seems to have a fairly comprehensive listing along with feedback:

Receiver Listings

Just be aware that not all receivers listed are currently in production. Kenwood, Icom, and Yaesu are all serious radio manufacturers. AOR supposedly makes some decent equipment too.
Some companies, like Hammarlund and Hallicrafters, haven't existed in decades.

That doesn't really matter as long as this thing can do what I want it to do.

I read somewhere that an active external antenna can improve your receiving possibilities on a high rate, but I still don't know that much about it. So maybe I should keep that as a future possibility.

Don't know (at the moment I only have access to MW, which is very crowded on some frequencies while on others its not).

Portable! Maybe also a car radio...
