Why do Germans play Dinner for One at New Years? Has the English humour a different spin upon translation?

it's tradition. most of us grew up watching it every year, so we stick to it. although there are some translated versions aviable, most of us like watching the original.

Why? Hehe, it is simply brilliant!
"Huuuhhh I`ll kill that cat!" Very happy
I hardly ever watched it new years after I left home, however, I always do on 1 January!

Yes, it's tradition AND it's brilliant... I watch it several times at New Year's Eve, and I can't remember one year I didn't... I think I already know it by heart :S But I have to say my father's from England and he hates it Very happy

But, to be honest, one of the best things is the laugh of the women Very happy

Here they show it every year as well. It's not truly New Year's without it Lalo It's perfect, beats the fireworks Grinning at Chistmas
