It's simple - eat smaller amounts of food each meal (less unsaturated fats), and run more. The most important thing - DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF BECAUSE THE FAT WILL ALL COME BACK!!!
And don't think you can lose the weight in like two days - it takes time.
Remember - workout, workout, workaout!

It's easy really. Every morning you need a good breakfast. A few slices of bread with cheese or whatever you like on it and a glass of milk or tea. Try to eat at the same times aswell. Besides that, lunch. Just bread! Breads good and tasty. At least I like it! And then dinner. Do not try to make it that fat. Just vegetables, meat and potatoes. But then again, I'm Dutch Razz

That should do already, but if you want it fast, then RUN!!!! Like you never did before. Run till you collapse Very happy And try to that every day. Then after 2 weeks you'll feel fit!! I promise you....

Urgh, lose it for yourself, not someone else.

Exercise & eat less & knock off the fattening foods & do not drink alcohol.

None of us here on Mailfriends know of your personal medical history so it could be potentially dangerous to even give our advice here. My only suggestion is to see your doctor or nutritionist. Avoid the crash diets though is safe enough advice. Thumb up
