How can this channel exist without a moderator?

I think the moderator was a woman called Silvia (I am not sure) but I don't know why she's no longer moderating this channel...

It's always really sad when channels become deserted. I see that this channel hasn't been active for quite some time.
I remember it had moderators the last time I checked it, which was probably many weeks or months ago.
Yes, it's strange that it exists without a moderator at the moment. Hopefully, the situation will change soon.
