Romney-southdown ewes crossed with a perrindale ram cause a very high number of triplet births..the merino is more suited to our climate,we have somali sheep since biblical times,but they aint nuthin to write home about.

My grand-dad used to farm with stud merinos - great for their wool.

Highland Blackface sheep are my favorite. Very brave in pitiful conditions and beautiful with dark age-old knowingly and soulful eyes... Are they in any other countries apart from Scotland?
