Oh, I had the same! This is because of a bad trainer, you must not let your knee "snap" stright but stop it. The trainer should tell it to the students.

Hmmm i think my actual pain tolerance is a lot higher than i would probably guess. It's not really a case of the amount of physical pain i can tolerate, because if i'm in pain, i take a pill. I have medication for pain anyway, so i don't have to worry about it like i used to. Whether i can tolerate it or not - i still don't like it.
