umm..i guess Love Story by Erich Segal and then there was this diff kinda book- Only love is Real by Brian Weiss
I don't know honestly. I mostly read fiction that is not romantic I guess. But the most romantic themed book can be Romeo and Juliet or some of the Roman literature I have read like the poems of Ovid and others.
