A little over 9 years ago, a friend and fellow lawyer was killed when a bomb went off under her car just after she left her home in Lurgan. She was the mother of three. She was a Catholic solicitor whose clients were often at odds with the Orange Order and the RUC. She had several death threats and there is grave concern that the RUC and perhaps even the British government colluded to leave her unprotected so that the Red Hand Defenders who have claimed responsibility for Rosemary's death could act.
