New topic, new changes

Just curious, what kind of diet do you use / did you use and did it work Smile

Have fun all Wink

Weight Watchers for me. That's the diet plan I am currently on, counting food as points and all that sort of thing. I've been on it for a week so far and I have lost 2.2lbs so it's working slowly.

No diet at all. Just plain proper food, home made.

femaleSeagull_J_L | 18 April 2008 - 9:17pm

No diet. I've never been on any.

Eat normally, drink lots of plain water and exercise.

sometimes just cutting back your drinking habits and substituting water instead helps alot

malemicha65 | 20 April 2008 - 8:52am

Drinking less alcohol, eating regularly and not a lot of sweets.

I don't believe in diets, the only thing that is important is the amount of food one eats-you eat less, you weigh less, very simple Smile

femaleserenity_1 | 20 April 2008 - 11:47am

I have never actually been on a diet... i find keeping to a healthy, well balanced diet and eating 3 regular meals & cutting out snacks keeps me in not too bad shape. Oh and not eating late at night cos that piles on the pounds!!!

I used to be on Weight Watchers and this is a great plan, because they literally tell you how to eat healthy. Watch meats, sweets and the rest of the carb intakes. Loads of water and excercise.
Mainly a good healthy lifestyle change from what you did before. I lost 45lbs. in 3 months.

Ladies have mercy with your guys! Don't loose too much weight. The skinny models are not what we like (there is annother thread on that)

Woah, good on you Leaa, that's really impressive!

Most people I know would actually agree with Snoopy2. It's not that rare. Usually girls/women just think they should be skinny for the guys, much skinnier than most guys actually like.

Yes, I really think that most men do not really like the skinny ones. I do not understand why girls like thouse.
Of course there is a medium size which most guys prefer. And, let me add this although it is not the right place: Charms and carisma, sparkling eyes and velvet skin, shy smiles and promising lips, bright sense and open minds are much more important for me Smile

I have a chocolate diet Razz and a stroofwafeldieet back in The Netherlands actually. Worked perfectly for me Razz
