non-alcoholic drink - lemon balm longdrink

4-5 leaves lemon balm
10 cl white grape juice
6 cl apple juice
mineral water
ice cubes

put the lemon balm and the juices into an longdrink glass. add some ice cubes. fill it with cold mineral water - enjoy it.

alcoholic - käpt'n blaubeer

3 table spoon blueberries
7 cl rum
3 cl fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cl sugar syrup
crushed ice

put blueberries, rum, lime juice and sugar syrup with 5 table spoons crushed ice into a blender and mix it well. now put it into a longdrink glass and enjoy it.

alcoholic - double apple smash

10-15 leaves mint
1 1/2 cl sugar syrup
4 cl calvados
6 cl apple juice
twist of lemon
crushed ice

wash the mint, dry it and put it into a longdrink glass. add the sugar syrup and crush it with a pestle. fill the glass with crushed ice and add the calvados, apple juice and a twist of lemon. mix it once and enjoy it
