Coconut Oil
There has been a lot of interesting information lately about the positive effects of this miracle natural oil. Along with so many healing properties, this saturated fat oil, is the only oil that doesn't really have any ill effects. Supposidly it is considered the best oil for the skin and hair, reversing the signs of aging and hair loss. It can also be used as an anti viral aid and promote weight loss. Has anyone heard of this oil and it's wonderous effects?

It is a wee bit expensive, but even my daughter loves to put it on after her shower...it really makes her skin soft and smells wonderful. It is really good also for eczema.
