Global change of a climate on a planet leads to increase of atmospheric precipitation that forces designers even more often address to a theme of protection of the person from a bad weather.

Alan Kaufman the inventor and the founder of company Behind Nubrella offers protection against a bad weather in the form of "hemisphere" from transparent water-repellent plastic tense on a displayed skeleton from aluminium spokes.
Gadget costs $60 You should to put it on shoulders that allows to release hands. Besides humeral belts "umbrella" all the same had rudiment in the form of the handle on which as well as classical umbrellas have a button of disclosing.

First of all Nubrella is sufficiently bulky for the person who decided to pass with it on the brisk sidewalks of a megacity and it will be uneasy to move in a dense human stream without touching associates. If everyone suddenly decides to use this 'bubble' a situation will be aggravated. Because of design features Nubrella in the combined kind is not compact to traditional umbrellas. Also Nubrella weighs more than 1 kg, and my compact umbrella is about 200 gram... Though Nubrella looks quite funny. Smile
