Any Hobbyist Cooks Out There??
I love to cook and entertain. I have a collection of over 200 cookbooks. I still continue to buy cookbooks, cut recipes from magazines and newspapers and cut & paste from web sites. I think this may be a new form of an addiction, but a healthy one. I'm also addicted to buying kitchen gadgetry and appliances such as bread machines etc.
I am very blessed to have a man that really appreciates my cooking as well. He likes everything I cook pretty much, just not liver!!!!!!!

I do love cooking! I may have about 50 cook books by now but I only started collecting 2 years ago (when I moved out at my parents). I love italian and asian food, but I'm open to new recipes as well. if you like to exchange some feel free to write...
