Anyone has anything to say about having gay/lesbian friends of the same or opposite sex?

Hmmm...could be interesting depending from which angle we look at it!

gay friends often understand me better than female friends , besides i enjoy buying clothes with them ^^ Very happy

I do not want to sound sexist (and forgive me if I do) but I have had much better friends among female gay people than among gay men. In general, however, they are as good friends as straight people are. I do not think sexual orientation makes a major difference.

The gay scene is very bitchy and two faced.

Gay/lesbian people often distend their "typical male/female" behaviour. I don't like that. But apart from that they're people like you and me.

Tell me please, folks, why gay\lesbian people say that they would like to have and parenting children if they don't want to have a sex (most of them hate and can't imagine to be with) with representatives of the opposite sex?
And funny thing is that such pairs are allowed to adopt children! Smile

I know that it is a prejudice, but I would have a problem with a gay friend of my sex. With a lesbinan friend (not lover of course) I don't see any problems.

femaleLeaa | 11 May 2008 - 11:24pm

I don't think I would have a problem. As long as he wasn't making eyes at my man. Very happy Gals, no problems either.

I have several lesbian friends..
And one close gay friend.

I'm okey with both...as long as we can have fun and hang out..I don't mind who they fall in love with.
