What is your most favorite Beauty Hint? for Ladies/Men
I think everyone and that includes men (as more and more are going in for facials and the like), have a favorite beauty hint or thing that they swear by. Myself, I never go in the sun, I should rephrase that, I never lie in the sun, I never have. I feel blessed by this as I think it has done wonders for my skin. Although some is hereditary, a lot is preventive. Also at 16 I started wearing moisturizer on my face, no make-up, just the lotion. I think this helped as well especially in the cold dry winters.

i do think its for female...i dont have any beauty hit ....
So, as the first man here, I HAVE A BEAUTY HINT! 
1. I use an after shave balm, exspecially after a wet shave,
2. I use spot soaps every day,
3. I use moisturizer every day,
4. I put on a mud mask at least every two weeks,
5. I use those anti-blackhead-stripes,
6. at least once a week I use peeling gloves when I take a shower (but for the body, not for the face!) and
7. after using the peeling gloves I use a body lotion...
And yes I know that I am much worse than most of the girls and women. 
But therefore I got a smooth skin. By the way, it is also good for the skin to get the sun or at least to go in a solarium. The skin starts working and gets cleaner. But don't overdo it, else your skin will look like leather very soon, if you don't take care. Once per week in a medium solarium is more than enough.

I am a smoker too, but I probably have less wrinkles then some younger folk. I also don't drink heavily, and I don't abuse drugs, never did when I was younger I was too scared!!!

I'm smoking for almost 11 years now, Ok, I had some non-smoking phases, but I still don't look like 25, so it can't be that bad. 
But therefore I almost never drink. Don't get me wrong, but why are exspecially Americans very strict concerning smoking? I mean much more people die every year because of fat food or alcohol.
It isn't just Americans Coyote, Canadians are just as bad, here we can no longer smoke in a restaurant unless it is on a terrace, you aren't allowed to smoke in front of any government buildings, hospitals and on and on and on! Now they are trying to pass a law where you can't smoke in your car if you have a child with you! so much for being a free country!! Oh, yes, you can't smoke in bars either!

I was a smoker and quit 23 years ago. I didn't realize it but, my hair, my skin and my home reaked. The person I was with, kept telling me this and finally I quit. I can't stand it now, but I don't make a big deal of it, as long as I don't have to breathe it in. It's people's business what they want to do.
My sister-in-law became an esthetician and really doesn't enjoy doing smoker's facials. Their pores around their nose are usually black filled and have a horrible smell when any extractions have to be done. Even manicures are quite difficult in getting the yellow stains removed.
My beauty hint... 
when someone asks your age, just smile...
