Job Interview Questions
I am always surprised by the ridiculous questions some employers ask at an interview, like "What are your weaknesses" like I am really going to give him a list right? People will give the answers that they think the interviewer will want to hear. What is the silliest question a prospective employer has asked you????
example: if you were a sock what foot would you be on???LOL

My favourite question in Job questionnairies is: how much would you want to get after 5 years and next-10 years 
Don`t restrict yourself in amount of zeroes and you will get the job! 
Employers appreciate honesty.

I think its not the direct question they want to know,its more of a way of to find out how you think or how you would react in certain situations.
