Warm smiles to you all. I'm Peter, 28, and come from Cheshire in the north west of England. I have been a member here for many years now but I have always enjoyed being here. I have seen a lot of people come and go but still have a small number of really good friends here. I value every single friend both old and new. I am always on the look out for some new friends from all over the world and I love learning about what's happening through the eyes of other people. I would say I am particularly drawn to deep thinkers and those with a positive attitude to life. People I can have a mature, intelligent discussion with and learn something new but also anyone who knows when to laugh at the right times. :) You guys are by no means strangers, just the friends I haven't met yet. I would especially like to make some new friends, particularly from South America, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, SLOVENIJA, HRVATSKA, BOSNA i HERCEGOVINA, SRBIJA, Russia and South East/Far East Asia. I will be visiting Slovenia this September as well as returning to BiH and Croatia (to visit Zagreb this time), so I'd love to make some new friends from these places. I always try to make an effort to learn a few words in any language and I have always been fascinated by different cultures and history. My hobbies include travelling, photography, painting, reading, football, writing to people and collecting postcards/stamps.I also have a big interest in world history and films, especially foreign language and the old classics. I have a huge list of favourite films that include many classics. My musical tastes are quite varied to say the least, ranging from Hard Rock to classical and jazz music. You'll just have to ask about those. We're bound to find a mutual interest somewhere in that lot. Don't be afraid to drop me a line or two in my guestbook or a PM. Let the friendship begin. :) |
