Welcome on my profile. You could find here some informations about me and about what I like. And don't hesitate to watch the videos at the end of my profile ! It concerns music and sports. MUSIC I enjoy listening to music, particularly two kinds of music : rock music and reggae music. On one hand, I enjoy sounds of Bob Marley, his sons and daughters, Tiken Jah Fakoly, Kinkeliba, Jehro, Patrice, Binguy Jah Jammy, Steel Pulse, Culture Freeman, The Isaacs, Lyricson, Gregory Isaacs & Manu Chao. But on the other hand, I also like Nirvana, Muse, U2, Cranberries, Cardigans, Corrs, Franz Ferdinand, Sheryl Crowe, The Automatics, The Donnas, Offspring, Sum 41 and so on. The music you are listening is often linked with your current mood. By the way, I can play piano, I learned when I was very young and didn't forget then. SPORTS I played ice-hockey when I was younger, from three years old to sixteen. I played rugby and handball at the uni. I particularly enjoy to play goolkeeper. I also like outdoor sports : jogging, trekking, climbing, biking or skiing. I like to do sport and I love to be in the mountains. BOOKS I like reading. I enjoy sometimes to read some authors who are famous in their countries but not in mine: Luis Sepulveda (Chile), Arto Paasilinna (Finland), Arturo Perez Reverte (Spain), Amélie Nothomb (Belgium). So let me know if you have good plans concerning books! TRIPS I had some good trips during my life. I traveled on three continents. With my hockey team, I went twice to Canada, four times to Switzerland and once in England. I traveled with my family to Italy and Belgium. I was with some friends to Holland. I went with my high school to three times to Germany and once to England. I went to Germany twice again : to work in 2003 (2 months) and as an exchange student in 2006 (4 months). At least, I had two trips abroad last year : one in Tunisia for a kind of students seminary, and one to Glasgow, in order to visit my brother who was studying there. Now, I would like to go to Sweden, because one of my best friend is living there, or to Texas because my brother is certainly going to continue his studies there. As an unknown country for me, I would like to visit Slovenia, Croatia or Montenegro, due to the beautiful landscapes of these countries. I hope that I will have a trip to Australia or New Zealand, too, because it's far, far away ! Other dreams would be the Road 66, the Transsiberian train, or the road from the South to the North of Chile. FAMILY I have two youngest brothers. One is 22 years old and the other 19. Actually, I have a big family with a lot of cousins and it's quite great. I like all of them. INTERESTS I like to take part as a spectator to music or sports events. I saw some soccer games in Nancy (France) when I was studying there. I saw a NHL games between Montreal and Florida when I was traveling in Canada. I saw a huge handball tournament in Paris with the teams of France and Russia. I saw the Under 18 Ski World Cup in the French Alps a few years ago. I remember the greatest music festivals in France : Les Vieilles Charrues (Brittany), Les Eurockéennes (Belfort), Musilacs (in the Alps), Solidays (not far from Paris) and Le Rock dans tous ses Etats (Evreux). I love mountains, forests and winter sports. I wish I could work in a ski resort in the future. I already did it in France during Summer 2005 and I really enjoyed it. Therefore I wanna do it again ! I like landscape pictures and pets (dogs and cats). TV I don't watch TV that often. I like to watch sports on TV. I'm an addict of some TV series like House MD, Friends, Scrubs or NCIS. I enjoy old French movies with Louis de Funès, Jean-Paul Belmondo or Lino Ventura. I played sometimes videogames on TV : Wii or Guitar Hero. Oh, and there is something I find fun too : American fake wrestling ! Even when you know that is fake, it's quite addicted. MAILFRIENDS I'm curious about other ways of thinking, other ways of life, and other cultures. I subscribed on MF in order to practise my languages skills.
