I like all styles of music (except gangster rap)
some of my favorite music comes from; broken social scene, the Stars, sigur ross, matt barber, the weakerthans, damien rice, postal service, ben folds, bloc party, hayden, sondre lerche, the new pronographers, jason collett, the reindeer section, wolf parade, jason mraz, the constantines, modest mouse, joel plaskett.... to name a few.

I'm also a huge movie fan. my favorites include; Dr. Strangelove, Citizen Cane, Touch of evil, Metropolis, Battleship potempkin, 2001; a space odyssey, taxi driver, schindler's list, fargo, lawrence of arabia, the usual suspects, f for fake, appocalypse now, star wars, amelie, triplets of belleville, spider, the english patient... too many to list.

i am an avid reader, my favorite books include; watership down by richard adams, jane eyre by charlotte bronte, ulysses by james Joyce, brave new world by alduous huxley, the great gatsby by F. scott fitzgerald, a farewell to arms by earnest hemmingway, the bell jar by sylvia plath, the virgin suicides by jeffrey eugenides, the curious incident of a dog in the night-time by mark haddon, middlesex by jeffrey eugenides, the kite runner by khaled hosseini, life of pi by yann martel, lord of the rings by j.r.r. tolkein and many more...
