| My name is Gianni. I was born in Caserta, a medium city, close to Naples in the South of Italy. It's a nice city to visit and a nice place where eating Italian food but, in my opinion, not a good place to live in! So I like to travel. I had a lot of travels because I've been for three years sales manager in a texiles industry. Actually, I'm living in Padova, close to Venice, since February 2005. I'm sales manager in an Italian software house. There are things that I like to do and things I don't. I like to hanging around with friends, drinking beer (Guinness) and eating pizza. I definitely prefer pubs and live music to discos. I don't like to go to the sea in the summer, too much persons! I've many hobbies and interests: listen to music (punk rock, hardcore, crossover, electronic, pop, surf, ska, techno, classical opera, classic hard rock, grunge, metal, hip-hop.. I like everything that sounds good. My best bands: Depeche Mode, Ramones, Misfits, Radiohead, Sepultura, Chemical Brothers, Fat Boy Slim, Daft Punk, NoFx, Dead Kennedys, Korn, Pink Floyd, Kyuss, Placebo, Ludovico Einaudi, David Bowie, Screeching Weasels). I also play electric guitar, bass, synth and drums. I'm the proud owner of a Gibson Gothic Explorer. My old job was to repair and make electric guitars, now it's just an hobby. I practise Martial Arts: Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Thai Boxe. Actually, I'm studying with the European instructor of Linxx Academy (www.linxxacademy.com). Sometimes I play basketball. I love to spend time watching Japanese Anime and reading Manga. I prefer the oldest ones made by Go Nagai, Leiji Matsumoto, Osamu Tetsuka, Rumiko Takahashi, Akira Toriyama, Katsuiro Otomo. I collect robot models -chogokin- and action figures! I wish to meet someone here on mailfriends from Tokyo and meet her o him when I'll visit in Japan :) More about me?
