| Hi folks. Well, this is earthman, the kind of genetics nature can play when a couple of folks think they can mix a native american with a Viking. 6'2", 225 pounds. LOL I come by it honestly, folks. I was as you see before goth became a fad. Didn't try to be this way, it's just me. I pierced my left ear about 30 years ago, but that's it. Hardware isn't the point. I'm a poet, philosopher and scientist. We even have an observatory on our house - not too stable, but I'm working on that. I care a lot about other folks. I'm sincere and honest almost to a fault. I've been trying to understand this mess we live in and have nearly concluded the rules are made and continuously changed by those with too much power. I despise bullies and plastic people which, I have found, describes most to varying degrees. I have two engineering degrees, 12 and a half years of college amongst other training and education, and am a member of MENSA. I like music - acoustic, lay-back-and-mellow-out guitar, flute, a capella voices, 16th century madrigals, harpsichord, etc.. I seem to float to another place while playing one of my guitars, especially the 6 string. Well, rap is not music. Screaming and babble is also not music. Maxing an amplifier and smashing instruments on a stage is not music. I'm not against sharing expression, just don't try to impress me and you probably will. Be the best 'you' you can be. I joined Mailfriends in an attempt to understand more the feelings of the world about my country. I've not learned much more than reinforcement of my prior opinion and find we are greatly misunderstood. The American PEOPLE are generally very peaceful, kind and very generous. We really want to help whenever and wherever we can. It's just that when someone tries to hurt us that they make a truly terrible mistake. We argue, sometimes terribly amongst ourselves, but band together as one when necessary. I have been blessed to have met some really beautiful people on Mailfriends from all over the world for which I am truly grateful. Sign my guestbook when you drop by.
