More About Me

I am a "freeflowing" writer, meaning that I could start writing something and it goes to wherever when writing. Just my style. I'm easy-going, laid-back, fun-loving, and free-spirited, but serious in what I do. If life could be lived au naturale and no laws existed against it, life couldn't get much better for me. I'm a critical thinker, tend to be on the more liberal side of things, a staunch environmentalist, and like to know what is going on outside the United States - not just in it. My hobbies - stained glass (when I have an opportunity to do that), going to art institues/museums, garage saleing, camping, cooking/baking, sports (participating/going to live events), jazz, and more. Thank you for reading my profile. I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about you. Friends only please.
If I won the lottery...

I would go to an attorney and get an official document so the winnings could be split into thirds without gift taxes having to be paid by anyone (taxes would be paid first). Then, I would make sure I had enough to live on the rest of my life. The rest would be given to the universities I received my degrees and other deserving organizations and individuals.

A good day starts with...

knowing how grateful I am to have 24 hours to make a change in the lives of other people. We live in a society so focused on getting ahead all the time it has forgotten about living in the present. I would have a smile on my face and do my very best to make the most out of it.

The best thing ever happend to me...

so far was choosing to go back to school and receive my bachelor's degree in December 2000. That very event has given me the opportunities I have today. Without my bachelor's degree, I wouldn't have gotten my master's degree. Without a master's degree, I wouldn't be able to enjoy working in a college/university environment.

What I love to do:

stained glass,art museums,camping,baking,cooking,naturism,the great outdoors
