I love travel. Countries with beautiful nature or long history of
development attract me most. Backpacking is the coolest way to know
new countries, new people and new culture. Discovering treasurable
things that ordinary travellers couldn't experience are the little surprises
of being a backpaker. (...though I always spend too much time on map
reading and transportationXP!) The pictures I take in the journeys are
the most memorable souvenirs. Everytime when I have finished a trip, I
understand more about the world and find myself in love with the
original culture and the place I belong.
Recently, I am additcted to photography. While the latest technology is
seeking truthfulness and preciseness, Holga has held me in an
unyielding grasp. The Holga's gleaming plastic lens, its foolish too-big
body, and its sheerly beautiful dreamlike images are really awesome!!!
Digital camera is absolutely convenient but the unpredictability of
LOMOGRAPHY is obsessing. Well...I know...I know...obsession has a
cost. Don't remind me the expenses on films and printing. My little
purse is already weeping silently.(btw, are there any LOMO fans here?)
ah.....forget to introduce myself. I am a 22 years old university student
who lives in Hong Kong. Being spoiled by the family of lovely parents
and a witty 3-year-old-elder brother. I look a little bit darker than typical
Chinese but I'm NOT a mixed-blood. I just love sunshine and beaches.
Suntanning and all the outdoor activities make my skin even
darker...haha. As long as I can feel the impressive nature... who cares?
What I really care is YOU, YOU and YOU. Friends are really
important for me. You guyz are so inspirational. Welcome to walk into my life. Nice to meet you :) |
