More About Me
| My name is Martijn, I am an inhabitant of the lowland capital Amsterdam. I 've got an apartment in the Jordaan (an old neighberhood in the town centre), it 's close to where I work. Atleast I don't have to stand in a tafficqueue, I just take the bike to go to the hotel (where I work as a maintenance man), one which overlookes the famous Dam square. For who is been there, it is the square with falus like statue (or an obelisk but than round). Well the job is o.k.. I 'am also the father of two beautiful children, a daughter (12y), and a son (8y), both of them with shine blond hair. In my free time the things I do, appart from watching television (which I don't do very often), are; playing classical guitar; letting myself being thrown and throw people myself in a sport called aikido; visit the library now and than; walk along the canals (grachten) of Amsterdam; go to the park; and in the summer swim in the sea; etc. etc.. Well at this moment I enjoy my life. On top to keep up a good spirit I 'am a practitioner of Nicheren Buddhism. |
