I'm in my 3rd year of uni now, getting by pretty ok living abroad. I guess I'm on this site to find some people that I can communicate with via good old snail mail because it's quite a novelty these days. There's just some unexplainable pleasure that comes with getting something in the mail. Besides, what more convenient way is there to EXPERIENCE the world than through someone else's words.
Let's see, what's striking about me would probably be that I work hard and play hard. I hate studying for exams and doing assignments, but at the end of the day, I still take great pride in my work. I'm an ardent Hanson fan, they give me squiggles of joy. In my free time, I'm usually doing random things on the internet, catching up with friends, or making jewellery. My hobbies change from time to time, and I get unpredictable short-term obsessions with things, so it's hard to elaborate on this. Oh, I'm also fluent in both English and Mandarin, and would very much like to learn both French and Japanese. Feel free to initiate a conversation with me, I'm quite shy about making the first move. |
