Let me first say, that I am not here to argue with anyone -- if I can help anyone with anything that I can, I will ---- but I am NOT going to argue with you. now, a little about me: music: old tyme rock & roll; guitar rock; oldies pop; classical; easy listening; old country a friend of mine sent me the avatar. hobbies: reading, riting, rithmetic, radios (modifying and talking on), electronics (designing rf amplifiers, power supplies, battery chargers, burglar alarms, etc), cooking, eating at "foreign" restaurants, investigating/troubleshooting various religions/dogma, health supplements (esp. bee pollen, bee propolis, royal jelly, peroxide, various herbs, etc) aquarist, numismatist, philately (not as much anymore), old cars. The best I can figure, computers are the punishment for my sins. :) {a brief theological bio: I have been ordained a priest, an elder, a minister; and I presently have a doctorate of divinity. I have written 2 religious based books, (1) The Book of Matthew, translated from the original Greek (in the SLOW process of being modified for publishing); (2) a missionary notebook, (am transcribing from written manuscript to word processor - BIG book, will take a long time.) Matthew took ~ 5 yrs from idea to being ready to publish, not counting the 25+ years learning Hebrew and Greek.} True Science and True Religion do not conflict with each other, they complement each other: one explains HOW stuff happens, and the other explains WHY stuff happens. thought of the month: If Pro is the opposite of Con - what is the opposite of Progress? |
