More About Me

I'm bored easily. So therefore, I've picked up a lot of weird and varied hobbies and habbits over my 20 years, ranging from your standard singing-in-the-shower thing to singing when I'm doing my laundry, painting, running, collecting paper bags (it started when we began using our paper bags from the canteen at school to write letters to each other in class), collecting stickers (Cuz their pretty. Shuddup.)... I love cooking, hiking, travelling and adventures, and eating waffles and ice-cream for dinner (and then running some more the next day :P). I love to laugh and make other people laugh. In 2010, I plan on travelling to Ireland, so although I want to meet people from around the world, I'd especially love to meet a few people from Ireland. Umm.... I'm open, adaptable, spiritual (but not religious), and a free spirit. And yeah... have a good day :)
If I could be an animal ...

I'd be a cat. Stereotypical, I know, but I used to have a cat called Xoshia (till he got bitten by a snake last year). He was this fat, graceful, loving blubbery furball that would lay in the sun on the fresh laundry (making the towels all hairy - thanks, fleabag), and sleep all day. But He had this wonderful way of looking at the world. Nothing was a border, but rather just a minor challenge - the fridge door was bound to open at least three times a day, giving him a small window of opportunity to pounce on the milk carton, and doors? Well, if he sat there meowing long enough, he'd get let in. Cats have this persistence, grace, caring, protective and sooky thing about them that I'd love to pull that off as well as them. Smile

My parents used to say...

that if you twisted your navel, your bum would fall off. Well, it was Dad that said that, really. But they were both a bit weird.

A good day starts with...

A shake of your bum. Just look out the window in the morning - notice all the birds sitting in the trees and on the powerlines, shaking their bums to get all warmed up so they can sing properly during the day. *and* they do it without falling over! Hey, if it works for them... Smile

What I love to do:

photography, kick boxing, painting, running, dancing, sleeping, cooking, drinking red wine, camping, hiking, exploring, travelling, writing, fiction, adventures, good times, mates
