Likes! Do people actually like listing likes? Anyway as a taster: Travel (I have been lucky and been to a few parts of this wonderful world but still many places visited and new that call), Genealogy, History, Literature, Poetry etc... Oh! and of course getting to know new people, places, ideas and friends. :) Books - Pratchett is always and often read; Eco also keeps my attention; John Irving my interest; My favourites: To Kill a Mockingbird; Brave New World. Current read: The Book Thief Poetry - Robert Frost - The Road not taken is always near the top. Films - favourites are generally old (like me): Harvey, 12 Angry Men, Inherit the Wind, The Ladykillers and of course The Shop around the Corner ... I could carry on all day (well maybe not) - and modern ones: Amelie, Meet Joe Black. Does anyone know/like old films? Does anyone read this far down?? Cartoons - I'm a Peanuts person!
