What do I have to do:

I have seeds of olive trees and Redwood Trees. I tried several times to bring something up but nothing worked. What do I have to do to get them growing?!

has anybody else here started to prepare for spring?

I just started to clean out some of my plants which didn't made it through winter and tomorrow I will start planting some seeds that they are ready to go outside when the weather is getting better.

Ok, this topic will either tank really bad or be accepted with enthusiasm...if so, I will delete it.

Anyone have any DIY, projects, hobbies, etc etc (hey, even a recently painted room or origami stuff! ) you have there? Would you care to post a link to pics & whatnot?

We did. Or, rather, I should say that my Partner did, (because he is the big, strong man, you know....). It took just over a year. Ironically, it took a year to get planning permission from the council before he could even start to build. Soooo, we were living in a tin shed next to the building site for just over two years.

Sterilizing Wash/Dish Cloths

Has anyone actually tried sterilizing their flannels/wash cloths/wash up brushes/dish cloths etc by putting them in the microwave for 2mins?

It is supposed to kill 99% of all germs and bacteria.
