What memories does certain colours stir in your mind?

Not so long ago I looked out of a window on a hot summer day and saw purple lavender against a dark green pinetree background... There was rain and thunder in the air and it made my mind wander very-very far to distant places and memories....

I still remember it and they use the opening theme for just about any show nowadays tootling in the background! While I do not have any memories of any episodes I can recall watching it as a kid and laughing at how Jeannie would keep "master" from meeting other women.

What would you bring back from the past to keep here in the present??

What bit of nostalgia would you like to see brought back from the past? I love the old cars, I know some car manufacturers are already bringing back some of them. I really like the Mustang, I would almost trade my truck in for one, ALMOST!!!

Yuk!! I remember taking a lunch to school when I first started high school. My mother was ill and my father used to make them. All he knew how to make was baloney sandwiches. I hated them. To this day I don't eat baloney sandwiches or eat baloney period!! Then I met my husband and he loves baloney!!! I am so glad when that when my son started taking lunches to school, that he had a variety of things in his lunch.

Do you remember taking a lunch and if it was boring, tasteless, or downright awful?

Did you ever own one of those Poloroid Instamatic cameras? You know, you take a picture, out it pops and you wait a couple of minutes and your picture is developed. I thought they were kind of neat. Wouldn't mind having one again!!!

I just love the old rock and roll music and I get my housework done very quickly when I am listening to it, but I just can't handle some of the headbanging music that is out there today. I can't hear the words, or the words don't make sense to me. I just hear a lot of screaming. I am not saying all the music today is like that just some. Give me Jerry Lee Lewis, Chubby Checkers, Give me hoola hoops!!! lol I liked the 50s and 60s.

Okay I want to know.. What was your first memory?^^
